Ahead of Carbon Black World 2023, we spoke with Chung-Lin Ho​, Consultant at Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Inc., Ltd.​, to get a sneak peek of what we can expect from his presentation on 'Carbon Black Technical History in China and Developing Forecast in the Future'. Here's what he had to say...



 

Q1. Your presentation at this year’s Carbon Black World will cover Carbon Black technological development and predict in China. Why is it important for others in the industry to hear this message? What are some of the key take-aways?

It is available for industry people to evaluate the capital investment and manage the resource.  

Key Issues: Petroleum Oil Source, Carbon Black Process Renaissance and New Products for Green.

Q2. What are the main challenges that the industry is facing and how do you think that this conference can address them?

Overcapacity in China and the continual improvement of carbon the black process and product for low-carbon emission.

Q3. What do you think will be some of the most interesting advancements in materials or processing in the near future? 

LRR(Low Rolling Resistance)、XCB (Conductive Black) and rCB (Re-Cycle Carbon Black form Waste Tire).
