Rob Dennis-Pelcher is a Principal Scientist at Goodyear in the Global Raw Material Development and Approvals group within Global Materials Science. He has the responsibility of carbon black source approvals as well as new material development. Rob has also been heavily engaged in sustainability initiatives over the last couple of years and has the responsibility of being the technical interface with all suppliers of carbon black and nanomaterials.
Rob started at Goodyear in 2016 as a Staff Scientist before being promoted to Senior Scientist in 2019 and Principal Scientist in 2021. Prior to joining Goodyear, Rob spent a year and a half as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Chemistry and Materials Science at Texas A&M University. Rob received his PhD in Chemistry from the University at Buffalo in 2015.

Cindy Barrera is a research engineer at Ford Motor company. She obtained her doctoral degree (2016) in Food, Agricultural and Biological engineering at The Ohio State University supported by a Fulbright fellowship. Her research focuses on the development of sustainable materials and next generation multifunctional materials. In her current role at Ford Motor Company, Dr. Barrera leads several projects focused on the evaluation of advanced fillers for the development of multifunctional polymer composites and the implementation of polymeric products made with renewable and recycled materials for automotive applications. Dr. Barrera has multiple publications, 2 issued patents and 10 patents-pending to her name.
Global Segment Manager for Tireat
Jeff Silveria is the Global Segment Manager for Tire at Cabot Corporation. In this role, his primary responsibility is translating the needs of customers and end users into an actionable product roadmap. He has 17 years of transportation and materials industry experience in a variety of engineering, management, and strategic marketing roles. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, and an MBA from Boston University.
Director of Standards and Regulation, The Americasat
Jay is the Director of Standards and Regulations for Continental Tire, the Americas located in Fort Mill, SC. He is responsible for all tire regulatory and standardization work throughout North and South America and represents Continental within numerous industry organizations including the Rubber Manufacturers Association and the Tire and Rim Association. Jay has been with Continental for over 15 years with leadership roles in product development, technical product management and racing development. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineer from Clemson University - home of the 2016 College Football National Champions.
Amy Hickman is currently a Sustainability Manager for Birla Carbon. She is based at the Company headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Hickman is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting programs, policies and processes within the various functions, as well as regional, and local business units, which will deliver Birla Carbon’s sustainability commitments. She is one of the founding members of the Sustainability Steering Committee at Birla Carbon and has been instrumental in developing the measurement and reporting aspects of their Sustainability Program. Additionally, she supports Birla Carbon’s Global Health, Safety and Environmental Program, as well, by leading environmental audits, providing compliance expertise, and creating global environmental standards.
Prior to joining Birla Carbon, Amy worked as a consultant for seven years where she developed client solutions and managed projects in the areas of environmental compliance, remediation, and sustainability data and program implementation.
Amy is currently a member of the Sustainability Leadership Forum (Atlanta), and has shared her knowledge and experience at the Georgia Environmental Conference, Aditya Birla Group Global Sustainability Conference, and 4C Environmental Conference in recent years.
Dr. Wesley Wampler

Dr. Wesley Wampler is the current President of the International Carbon Black Association of which he has been a member since 1995. He is also a Vice President with Tokai Carbon CB and was previously a Vice President with Sid Richardson Carbon Co. for over 30 years. He is a member of the American Chemical Society Rubber Division where he has presented numerous papers and chaired several symposiums. He is also a member of the American Society of Testing and Materials Committee D24 on Carbon Black where he has chaired several subcommittees. Dr. Wampler has also coauthored two chapters on Carbon Black in books dealing with its use in the rubber industry.
Wesley Wampler received a B.S degree in Chemistry and Biology from Tarleton State University in 1981, an M.S. degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1987 and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1995.

Paul Ita runs Notch Consulting, a Massachusetts-based research company dedicated to the market research needs of the global specialty chemicals industry. Mr. Ita focuses on raw materials for the global tire and rubber industries, with a particular focus on carbon black, silica, and rubber chemicals. Roshan Ali is a Chemical Engineer with over 27 years’ experience in the Carbon Black Industry. Started as a Process Engineer in 2003 at the Plant in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He left the Plant 10 years later, having moved up to the position of Production Manager. Roshan then moved to Sid Richardson Carbon Co. (now Tokai Carbon) in Fort Worth Texas. He progressively worked as a Corporate Process Engineer, Process Engineering Manager and now the Engineering Director where he is responsible for both Process and Project Engineering Activities within Tokai Carbon. In his spare time, Roshan is an avid Fly Fisherman.

Tiffany Tang is a control performance consultant at Emerson with expertise in the areas of advanced process control (APC), control strategy design and implementation, process optimization, and AI/machine learning. She holds a BS in Process Automation from Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Dustin Jenkins, Ph.D
As a Chemistry Supervisor at Smithers’ Analytical Chemistry laboratory in Akron, OH, Dr. Dustin Jenkins specializes in material benchmarking and characterization capabilities involving various chromatography and spectrometry techniques serving rubber and polymer product manufacturers.
Dustin has over 10 years of experience in organic and inorganic chemistry in academia and research with technical expertise in GC-MS, FT-IR, polarimetry, time-resolved laser spectroscopy, electrochemistry and NMR spectroscopy. Prior to joining Smithers, he was an assistant professor of organic chemistry at Walsh University in North Canton, OH, where he synthesized and identified new organic and inorganic chemical compounds.
Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with Mathematics from Western Kentucky University, as well as a Master of Arts degree and Doctorate in Chemistry from Princeton University.
C.P. Natarajan, with graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras & University of Pittsburgh, joined American Schack Company (later ALSTOM Power Energy Recovery, ARVOS) in1974 and developed High Temperature Air Preheaters & Energy Recovery Systems.
He organized Schack Carbon Black Conferences in USA (1996, 1998, and 2000).
He retired as President of ALSTOM Power Energy Recovery, USA in 2001 and started GANPADS, providing consulting services on Industrial Energy Recovery & Emissions Abatement (Carbon Black production & Petroleum Coke Calcination). From the first Carbon Black world conference in 1993 till the recent China CB conference in 2020, Natarajan made presentations at Carbon Black World, Carbon Black Asia Pacific and Carbon Black China conferences.
Carbon Black Asia Pacific presented him with LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD in 2003 and STAR AWARD IN ENERGY RECOVERY RESEARCH in 2017.

Ryan was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of TSD Logistics, Inc. in January 2018. As CEO he is responsible for the overall management of TSD’s operations, including the accounting, human resources, business development, and safety departments. TSD’s risk management responsibility and oversight of all banking relationships are also under his leadership. Ryan currently serves as a Director on TSD’s Board, and is a stockholder in the company.

Dr. Jayant Khambekar is a Senior Consultant at Jenike & Johanson’s Houston office. Jayant is heavily involved in consulting on various powder and bulk solids handling issues such as erratic flow behavior, flow stoppages, fluidization, purging, segregation and pneumatic conveying. He has worked on more than 250 projects spanning across various industries including food, biomass, chemicals, plastics and mining. He has published several papers and also lectures on the storage and flow of bulk solids. Jayant holds a Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.
Christopher K. Cornille is the chief commercial & supply chain officer at Monolith, where he leads commercial development, expansion of the customer-centric supply chain and all company go-to-market strategies. Mr. Cornille also helps guide Monolith’s innovation development, representing the voice of the customer.
Mr. Cornille brings more than 33 years of experience from the specialty chemicals industry, most recently serving as the senior vice president, supply chain services for SI Group. Mr. Cornille joined SI Group as director, sales – North America, where he quickly took on an additional commercial excellence role. He then moved into the role of executive director – new business development where he acted as director for the Integration Management Office and had the responsibility of identifying, evaluating, and leading opportunities for acquisitions or other forms of corporate partnerships.
Before joining SI Group, Mr. Cornille garnered over 20 years of experience at Cabot Corporation where he held several executive positions – notably, global commercial director – Rubber Products, managing director – Indonesia, and North America sales director – Specialty Products. Chris also was a board member of the Cabot Corporation Foundation.
In 2013, Mr. Cornille was appointed as an advisory board member for Monolith Materials. He continued to serve in that role until being named the chief commercial and supply chain officer in 2019.

Mr. Guercio received a degree in chemical engineering from Catholic University of America and did graduate studies in chemistry at Princeton University.
